Every single time I try to rebook I get an error message saying I need to download the latest version. Literally just deleted it from my phone, reloaded the app, and still got that message. This has been going on for months. Please fix this once and for all, otherwise your app is completely useless to me and my stylist.

Took my son in for a hair washed and a lineup today, and Kellz did an amazing job! You could really see the passion and care he put into his work. He was focused, detailed, and made sure every line was clean. We’ll definitely be returning!

The best loctician I’ve ever been to. She always finishes in a hour and a half, and my hair always comes out looking smooth, and it never hurts or itches after!!

I got mixed up with my last appointment, I am new to North Carolina. I went into the wrong barber shop, and a person who claim to be someone else cut my hair. I only realized what was wrong when I ask if I just pay through the booksy app and the person asked if for cash app. It was around 1235. So I called who I actually booked with. Instead of rescheduling or something. He just charged me for a no show which I think is wrong. No real way to contact anyone to distribute. Nothing just a charge of extra

A lot of clutter and clumsy scrolling. Really wish I could quickly get to my barber without having to tap through so much noise.

The app allows for barber to charge you a cancellation fee even when it’s their fault. Do not book any barber that requires payment upfront with a cancellation fee is a scam

I had a poor experience with a hair dresser cancelling on me last minute and then marking me as a no show. I can’t even rate the salon now. Booksy says there is nothing they can do about it. Now I question the ratings of other salons, because this is a loophole salons with frequent cancellations or poor customer service can use to avoid bad ratings.

I’ve been using Booksy for at least 5 years and I’ve been able to find some amazing service providers through this app. Most recently I’ve had some less than professional experiences with some service providers. Through speaking with Booksy customer service and my inability to add customer reviews when warranted, it’s my opinion that this app was designed more for the service providers in mind instead of the customer experiences, this is why on average, there may not be a lot of providers that receive less than 4 or 5 star reviews. The provider has control to some degree on which customers are able to review their services.

Ed is absolutely amazing! He knows what his customers want! I show up and he gets it done. I highly recommend just giving him a try once, you will be back!

Cancellation fees are ridiculous. Accidentally booked for the wrong day. Cancelled appointment since rescheduling wasn’t an option and got charged the cancellation fee. Wasn’t even 5 min after that I had cancelled

Great customer service, clean environment, and excellent barber

No way to contact support. I made an appointment paid the deposit the business check my deposit canceled my appointment and I can’t get a hold of customer service to get a refund. I am livid.

Absolutely great barber and super cool guy. Guys book with Omar for your haircut he’s gonna get you fixed up right. I won’t go anywhere else for my haircuts I will wait for longer periods of time to make sure I can get in with Omar. I promise you will never leave disappointed!

Why is it that I can’t reschedule when it’s confirmed? My hair stylist confirmed a time then when I texted her to confirm, she said she was booked? Now the app is gonna charge me and she gets paid when SHE ISNT GONNA PROVIDE THE SERVICE. So this is just a scammers dream app.

Kenny cuts great fades! Typically my son will talk through different potential cuts with Kenny and he always provides his honest opinion. The other barbers have great interaction with their clients, are very meticulous and give great cuts on hair, beards and eyebrows as well!

I like the app and found my stylist, but where I want to only see hairstylists for women, barbers also come up..it took a bit to still find what I was looking for

Don't charge me with a cancellation with no easy was way to contact Booksy support to challenge it

I recently scheduled an appointment with a local barber on the app. I contacted both phone numbers on the business door, and the barber never showed up after 15 Minutes of waiting outside. In the app, I cancelled the appointment and the app marked me as a no show, when it was the barber who was a no show. Now I have a mark on my account that I no-showed on someone. Booksy needs to rethink their approach to such matters. I can’t even leave a review on the barbershop to warn other customers about this behavior and let the app know of vendors who behave unprofessionally.

This was the second time I had Ian cut my hair at Unique. He was prompt with the appointment, and did a great job. He was also very social. I look forward to returning!
